FIX: Don’t use update… Completely Uninstall UBER [or other app] and reinstall.
TO FIX: Lower the resolution of your screen settings. Did you change the monitor or graphics card? If doing “Remote Desktop” in Windows, change the resolution in the RDP settings before remoting in.
